Frequently Asked Questions…

Can I bring bedding for my dog’s stay? Yes! We just ask that all bedding be machine washable so that we can ensure that your pup’s space is neat and tidy. Please refrain from bringing large “Kirkland” style bedding, as the inserts can’t be properly cleaned.

My dog eats raw food. Are you able to accommodate this diet? Of course! Our kitchen is equipped with fridges and freezers to ensure that raw food is stored and prepared safely for your pet’s stay.

Can I bring toys along? Absolutely! Toys and comfort items are welcome. Please try to avoid toys that can be easily torn apart and could become a choking hazard.

My dog needs medication. Am I able to bring this along for their stay? Yes! Please provide detailed instructions during the reservation or check-in process and we will do our best to match your home medication routine. Pills, powders, and liquids are fine, but we do not administer injections. If you use a specific treat when giving your pup their meds, please also bring this along (ex: cheese, peanut butter, pill pockets).

Is your facility monitored 24/7? Absolutely! Our care team is onsite 24/7 to ensure that our guests are all comfortable and safe.

Do I need to bring along my dog’s food and water bowls? Nope! We will provide food and water dishes for your pet’s boarding and daycare visits.

What vaccinations are required for my dog’s visit to The Ranch? All of our guests require valid Rabies, DHPP (DA2P), and Bordetella vaccinations. If your pup has a specific vaccination requirements or allergies, please provide background information from your veterinarian for your profile.

I have more than one dog I’d like to board, what factors should I consider when deciding if they should stay together or in separate spaces? This is a great question! When making this decision, owners should consider the questions below. Answering yes to any of these, could suggest that separate spaces might be best. That said, we know that all pups are unique, and we are more than happy to help you make the decision that is best for your little ones!
